You will notice a slight increase in your insurance premium for the 25-26 academic year. This adjustment is a proactive measure, a joint decision by AHP and your institution, in response to the rising cost of health care nationwide. Rather than compromising the quality of coverage, we have chosen to slightly raise the premium, ensuring that you can continue to enjoy the same high-quality coverage you are accustomed to.

Enroll/Cost

Rush University Policy requires all students to have quality health insurance.

Enrollment in the plan for all Medical College, College of Health Sciences, College of Nursing, and Division of Translational Sciences students is required unless the student provides proof of coverage under a comparable plan. Students in these four colleges may enroll online at rush.myahpcare.com. The Premium will be charged to your tuition bill. If you have comparable coverage through another Insurance Carrier, you can show proof of comparable coverage and attach a copy of your health insurance ID card online at rush.myahpcare.com.

Students must attend classes for 31 days and must meet the Institution's requirements for maintaining their status as an eligible Student. Students must maintain their Institution's eligibility in order to maintain coverage under this policy.
